The Sun peeks out
from behind
trees green with envy--
And blushes profusely
in scarlet shade,
As she watches
the Moon smile
As he watches
the Stars smile.
The Sun calls back her light,
and walks away,
Let the Moon shine with his Stars.
She can only wait
for a new day.
