A love letter for a summer

Watch how they drift in circles in the wind,
and how they catch the sun in every hue,
how they perfume the air, and paint the skies,
that is how I want to love you.
With rainbow bubbles, and dandelion seeds,
and bougainvillea petals, and flowering narra trees,
and chirping sparrows in the early mornings,
won't you take this walk with me?
Perhaps we could wait for night to fall,
and see it reflected in the cities below,
as the world is illuminated softly, gently,
dream of all the places we could go.
With fairy lights, and fireflies,
and blazing fires, and sparkling wine,
and the soft halo around a full moon-rise,
forever is yours, if you'll be mine.

the days

the days pass quick as quick and as silly as trying to catch rabbits popping out of rabbit holes we just love watching them come and go fuzz...
